Step 1: Search for Flight Availability

Step 2: Sell Seats

This command sells two seats in Y class (Economy) from line number 1 of the availability display.


Step 3: Add Passenger Names

When entering passenger names in Sabre, always use the format LASTNAME/FIRSTNAME (no spaces before or after the slash).

Adult Passenger:

-HAMED/MAHMOUD MR

Adds an adult passenger named MAHMOUD HAMED.

Infant Passenger:

-I/HAMED/MOHAMED*DOB25SEP25

Adds an infant named MOHAMED HAMED with a date of birth of 25 September 2025.

Child Passenger:

-HAMED/MAHMOUD*C08

Adds a child passenger named MAHMOUD HAMED aged 8 years.


Step 4: Add Contact Information

Adds the agency phone number and email address for communication and ticket delivery.


Step 5: Add Ticketing Instruction

This entry indicates that tickets have been issued.
No queue placement is required.


Step 6: End and Save the Booking

  • ER — Ends and saves the PNR in Sabre.
