Terms and Conditions

Last updated: August 2026

Welcome to GDS Hub. My goal isn’t to drown you in legal jargon — it’s to keep things clear, fair, and transparent so you can focus on learning GDS commands without worry.

By using this website — including the GDS Terminal Simulator, GDSHelper, and all our free tools — you agree to follow these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please stop using the website.

I built this platform to help travel agents learn and practice in a safe environment. These rules exist to protect you, the platform, and the community of learners who use it every day.

1. Our Commitment to Transparency

Before we dive into the rules, I want you to know why this page exists. When I started my career as a travel agent, I often found websites with confusing terms that felt designed to trap users. That’s not how I want to run GDS Hub.

These terms are here to:

  • Protect you — by clearly stating what you can and cannot do.
  • Protect the platform — so it stays free and available for everyone.
  • Build trust — by being honest about what GDS Hub is and isn’t.

2. Purpose of This Website (Educational Use Only)

GDS Hub provides an independent training platform for learning and practicing GDS commands. We built this website for educational and skill-development purposes only.

⚠️ Important: This platform does not connect to any live GDS system, ticketing engine, or airline inventory. It is a simulation — nothing more. You cannot issue real tickets, make real bookings, or modify live PNRs here.

For official system information, live training, or production support, please visit the official websites:

3. What We Mean by “Acceptable Use”

You agree to use GDS Hub in a lawful, respectful, and responsible manner. This means:

  • ✅ Do practice commands, explore the simulator, and use our free tools.
  • ✅ Do share feedback or report bugs — we genuinely appreciate it.
  • ❌ Don’t attempt to interrupt, damage, or overload the system.
  • ❌ Don’t use the platform for any illegal or fraudulent activity.
  • ❌ Don’t scrape, copy, or redistribute our content without permission.

We monitor unusual activity to protect the platform and its users. If we detect abuse, we reserve the right to suspend access immediately.

4. Security Policy – No Unauthorized Testing

We take website security very seriously. However, GDS Hub is a training platform, not a penetration-testing playground.

You must not attempt any type of hacking, penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, or security probing without written permission from the website owner.

In plain English: do not test the system for weaknesses unless we approve it in advance. Unauthorized testing may lead to:

  • Immediate account suspension
  • Permanent access blocking
  • Legal action, if warranted

If you are a security researcher and believe you’ve found a legitimate vulnerability, please contact us directly — we’re happy to work with you responsibly.

5. Intellectual Property and Trademarks

All website content — including design, code, text, graphics, logos, and tools — belongs to GDS Hub unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, redistribute, or modify the content without explicit permission.

Trademark Acknowledgment

Names such as Amadeus, Galileo, and Sabre are registered trademarks of their respective owners.

  • Amadeus is a trademark of Amadeus IT Group.
  • Travelport (Galileo) is a trademark of Travelport.
  • Sabre is a trademark of Sabre Corporation.

GDS Hub does not claim ownership of those brands, nor do we represent or endorse them. We are an independent educational platform, not an official partner or affiliate.

6. Limitation of Liability – Use at Your Own Risk

We built GDS Hub to help you learn and practice — but you remain responsible for your own actions.

  • Our training tools and calculators (like GDSHelper and Tax Checker) are provided as learning support, not as official financial or ticketing advice.
  • Always verify pricing, reissue fees, refund calculations, and tax amounts before applying them in real operations.
  • While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that the simulator or calculators will always be error-free.
  • We are not liable for any losses, damages, or disputes arising from the use of this platform.

Think of it this way: GDS Hub is like a flight simulator — it teaches you to fly, but you’re still the pilot when you get in the real cockpit.

7. Privacy and Data Handling

Your privacy matters to us. Here’s what we do with your data:

  • Account data (email, name) is stored securely and used only for authentication and communication.
  • Usage data (like which tools you use) helps us improve the platform — we never sell or share this data with third parties.
  • No live data — we never ask for or store any real PNR, ticket numbers, or passenger information.
  • We use cookies to enhance your experience (like keeping you logged in). You can disable cookies in your browser settings.

If you have questions about privacy, please reach out to us.

8. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we make changes:

  • We will publish the updated version on this page.
  • We will update the “Last updated” date at the top.
  • For significant changes, we may notify users via email or a notice on the website.

Continued use of the website after any changes means you accept the revised terms. If you don’t agree, please stop using the platform.
