This error appears when the agent tries to issue a ticket using the TTP command.
Cause:
This error occurs when:
- The PNR contains a commission (FM) element.
- The office profile Commission Control Indicator (CCI) field is configured to require validation of the commission before ticketing.
When the commission cannot be validated against the CCI settings, the system blocks the issuance.
Solution:
Step 1: Delete the existing commission (FM) line from the PNR.
Step 2: Re-enter the commission (FM) line again.
Step 3: Try to issue the ticket again using TTP.
If the problem persists:
Contact Amadeus Customer Services and request them to update the CCI field in your office profile.
Once the CCI field has been updated:
Issue the ticket.
Delete the FM element again.
Re-enter the FM element.
