The error occurs because one or more flight segments in the PNR have a status other than HK (Confirmed).
Possible statuses include: HL (Waitlisted), HN (Requested), UC (Unable to Confirm), or others.
Solution:
- Check the status of all segments in the itinerary.
- If any segment is not HK, confirm it using the following command sequence:
ERKRFMER
- After running these commands, the segment(s) will be confirmed to HK status, and the error will be resolved.
