The Date of Birth was entered in an incorrect format. The Amadeus system requires a specific date structure, and any deviation will trigger this error.
Solution:
Enter the Date of Birth using the correct format:
DDMMMYY
- DD = Day (two digits, e.g., 15)
- MMM = Month (three-letter abbreviation, e.g., JAN, FEB, MAR)
- YY = Year (two digits, e.g., 90 for 1990)
Example:
If the passenger was born on 15 January 1990, enter:15JAN90
Make sure there are no spaces or special characters between the day, month, and year.
