This error appears when you try to manually enter a frequent flyer number in the PNR using the SR FQTV command.
Why it happens:
Some airlines restrict manual SR FQTV entries for security or policy reasons. The system blocks the manual input and returns this error.
How to fix it:
- Check the passenger name – make sure the name in the PNR matches the name on the frequent flyer account exactly. Even small differences can cause issues.
- Use the automatic entry instead of manual – replace the
SR FQTVcommand with theFFN(Frequent Flyer Number) entry. This method is accepted by the system and automatically updates the PNR correctly. - If you still need to use the manual method and the name is correct, but the error persists, the airline likely has this feature permanently restricted – in that case,
