FREQUENT FLYER/SSR INPUT RESTRICTED

This error appears when you try to manually enter a frequent flyer number in the PNR using the SR FQTV command.


Why it happens:

Some airlines restrict manual SR FQTV entries for security or policy reasons. The system blocks the manual input and returns this error.


How to fix it:

  1. Check the passenger name – make sure the name in the PNR matches the name on the frequent flyer account exactly. Even small differences can cause issues.
  2. Use the automatic entry instead of manual – replace the SR FQTV command with the FFN (Frequent Flyer Number) entry. This method is accepted by the system and automatically updates the PNR correctly.
  3. If you still need to use the manual method and the name is correct, but the error persists, the airline likely has this feature permanently restricted – in that case, FFN is your only valid option.
