ETKT FUNCTION NOT SUPPORTED FOR THIS CARRIER

This error appears when the agent tries to perform an e-ticketing function, such as:

• Ticket history display (TWH)
• Void (TRDC)
• Refund (TRFP)
• Exchange (EMD reissue against e-ticket)
• Revalidation (TTP/ETRV)

Cause:

Some airlines do not support all e-ticketing functions in all markets. The function you are trying to perform is not supported by the airline in your specific market.

Solution:

1. Check which functions are supported for the airline in your market.
2. Use the command:
   HE ETT xx
   (where xx = the 2-letter airline code) Example:
   HE ETT 6X
3. The system will display a list of supported functions for that airline in your market. Look for the specific function you are trying to perform (e.g., REFUND, VOID, REVALIDATION, HISTORY, etc.).
   • If it shows Y – the function is supported.
   • If it shows N – the function is not supported by this airline in your market
