Sharing a PNR between offices is a daily task for travel agents, especially when handling teamwork, ticketing, or support cases. Each GDS system has its own way of transferring or granting access to a booking. Here’s a simple, practical guide.

Galileo (Travelport)
In Galileo, PNR sharing is mainly handled through queues.
- Open PNR:
Retrieve the booking as usual. - Transfer PNR to another PCC: QEB/PCC
- Transfer to specific queue number: QEB/PCC/3
This sends the booking to another office’s queue, allowing them to take action.
Amadeus
Amadeus offers more control with access levels and ownership transfer.
- Open PNR:
Retrieve the booking. - Share PNR with another office: ES/G OFFICEID-B
- Access Levels:
- R → Read only
- B → Full access
- T → Ticketing only
- No access → Restrict completely
- Save the action: RFM + ER
- Remove sharing: ESX
- Transfer ownership of PNR: RP/OFFICEID

This is useful when another office becomes fully responsible for the booking.
Sabre
Sabre uses simple commands for transferring and canceling PNR sharing.
- Open PNR:
Retrieve the booking. - Transfer PNR to another PCC: 5WT-PCC/ON
- Cancel transfer: 5WT-PCC/OFF
