Need to access an old Galileo booking after travel has been completed? Galileo allows you to retrieve a Past Date Booking File (PDR) using the record locator. This is useful when checking ticket history, investigating customer inquiries, reviewing changes, or verifying previous booking activity.
Requesting a Past Date Booking
Use the booking’s record locator with the following command:

- Type CONFIRM
- Press Enter
- Galileo will process the request
What Happens Next?
| Scenario | Result |
|---|---|
| Booking is less than 60 days old | Sent immediately to Queue 1, Category PD |
| Booking is older than 60 days | May take up to 24 hours for retrieval |
| Large booking file | May take up to 24 hours for retrieval |
To check the queue:

The retrieved booking remains available in the queue for 7 days before being automatically removed.
Retrieving the Booking from Queue
When the booking becomes available:

You can also open the first booking directly from Queue 1 Category PD.
If multiple bookings are available, Galileo displays a list for selection.
Viewing Booking History
Past date bookings normally do not show active flight segments because travel has already been completed.
To investigate changes made to the booking:

The history screen is often the most useful part of a past date booking, showing additions, cancellations, ticketing actions, and other modifications.
Important Notes
- Record locators are eventually recycled after old bookings are purged.
- If multiple historical bookings share the same locator, Galileo displays a selection list.
- Past date booking files are available for a maximum of 13 months.
- Files older than 13 months cannot be retrieved.
